My son and I reveled in the jovial atmosphere, indulging in delicious Bavarian cuisine and raising our mugs in merriment with fellow guests. Despite the language barrier, the warm camaraderie transcended words, creating a delightful evening filled with laughter and shared joy. Another highlight was the captivating entertainment provided in the form of medieval-themed activities. As a Bavarian enthusiast, seeing my children immerse themselves in the rich history of the castle through guided tours and interactive experiences was truly heartwarming. We explored hidden corners, listened to tales of knights and dragons, and marveled at the intricate details that brought the medieval era to life before our eyes. the family-friendly amenities at Burg Katzenstein exceeded our expectations. the accommodating staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, even going the extra mile to ensure our late check-in didn't dampen our spirits. the thoughtful gesture of preparing a meal for us despite the restaurant being closed showcased their exceptional hospitality and consideration for guests' needs.
